James Champion, Employment Specialist, We Are HOPE, Inc. I joined the board of LDC in 2018 as the Class Representative. I continued my service to the Board because I want to demonstrate to youth in our community that they can indeed make a difference in their lives and the lives of others.
Christine Christianson, Mortgage Lender & Retail Banker at Nicolet National Bank. I am an alumni of Leadership Door County class of 2023 and decided to join the board looking to extend the future of LDC. I wanted to be an advocate for and make a difference in an organization that I have greatly benefited from. “The growth and development of people is the highest calling of leadership.” – Harvey S. Cynthia Germain, President, Do Good Door County. I joined the board of Leadership Door County as an alumni, class of 2019. I want to give back to an organization that has given me so much!
Michelle Paschke, HR Generalist, County of Door. I was part of LDC class 2023. I joined the Board because I wanted to make a difference in the community. I want LDC to be a great as it once was and recruit new members. LDC has given me so much information and I’ve learned so much about the community I live in that I wanted to share that knowledge.
Beth Resch, RN, BSN, Door County Medical Center. I am an alumni of the 2018 Leadership Door County class. I enjoyed the experience very much and joined the board because I want to give back to the community.
Paul Salm, owner, Baileys Harbor Cornerstone Pub, and, Educator, UW-Madison Extension. I am excited to work along with the many wonderful organizations we have here in Door County to welcome the next generations of great leaders.
