Leadership Door County is a program that broadens and strengthens intellectual horizons by exposing participants to ideas, issues, and people. 

LDC assists potential leaders by offering them opportunities to develop their talents, refine their skills, and strengthen their commitment to
Door County. 

Leadership Door County expects each participant to make a significant time commitment and a financial investment in their tuition.
